Most of us reach points in our lives when we need someone outside our immediate circle to listen carefully and understand our distress and dissatisfaction. Does this touch a chord in you? Therapeutic counselling, art therapy or psychotherapy may help.

Counselling & Psychotherapy
Sessions provide an opportunity to share your concerns with a qualified and experienced professional in a confidential and comfortable setting.
During the COVID 19 outbreak I will be offering remote consultation either by phone or video.
I am a relational counsellor and psychotherapist. After working for many years as a group, individual and couples therapist, I currently provide a counselling and psychotherapy service for individuals and couples.
For short term work, I provide a focussed approach which enables you to tap into your inner resources to resolve immediate problems. The overall aim is for improving communication and decision-making skills and extending your life options.
For longer term therapy, my approach is rooted in the psychodynamic, relational approach which focusses on the process between yourself and and myself, in the present, which can replicate past experiences of key relationships.
The combination of both the transferential and real relationships lies at the heart of our work which can be facilitated further via dreams and, if you wish, creative arts techniques.
